Liz Simmons
Liz Simmons has more than a decade of professional writing and editing experience. She has written extensively on higher education issues, including preparing and budgeting for college, career planning and development, and diversity and equity. Her current areas of focus include cybersecurity, computer science, and accounting.
Liz has worked for libraries, a history museum, and as a social science researcher. She holds a bachelor's degree in anthropology and master's degrees in urban studies and library and information science.
She lives in her hometown of Denver, Colorado, with her family. In her free time, she enjoys collecting children's cookbooks, gardening with native plants, and volunteering at her son's school.
